7-day guarantee

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. The 7 days start on the day you buy, not the day your reading arrives.

How to ask for a refund

Through Hotmart: open your purchase from the Hotmart receipt email or your Hotmart account and request a refund there.

Or email [PREENCHER] from the address you used at checkout, and we'll take care of it with Hotmart.

Add-ons

The 3-Question Tarot Reading and 1-Hour Priority Delivery each have their own 7-day window, counted from the date each one was purchased. Refunding an add-on doesn't affect your Channeled Love Letter.

Late delivery

If your reading hasn't arrived within 24 hours after your payment was approved, write to [PREENCHER] and we'll sort it out.

When the money comes back

Refunds go back to your original payment method. How long they take to show up depends on your bank or payment provider.
