What you tell us in the quiz: your first name or nickname, the other person's first name or nickname and pronoun, the kind of connection, your question, and the story and details you choose to share. This can include private details about your relationship and feelings.

Purchase information from Hotmart: your name, email address, country, what you bought, the transaction ID, and the payment status. We don't receive your full card number.

Technical information: cookies the site needs to work, such as your quiz session, and basic data like IP address, browser, and pages visited. If ad measurement is on, we use the Meta pixel for page and purchase events. We never send your names, question, or story to advertising tools.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare and deliver your reading, give you access to it, answer support requests, handle refunds and disputes, measure our ads without using your story, keep the site secure, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Service providers

We rely on a few providers who process information on our behalf: Hotmart (checkout and payments), Vercel (hosting and storage), Resend (email delivery), and an AI service provider that helps us prepare the text of readings, when that service is enabled. Each receives only what it needs for its task.

We do not sell or share your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your story and reading for as long as we need them to deliver your reading, give you access, and handle support, refunds, or disputes. Records we're required to keep for accounting or legal reasons are kept for the required period.

You can ask us to delete your story and reading at any time. We'll do so unless we have to keep something for a pending refund, a dispute, or a legal obligation.

Security

We use encrypted connections and restrict who can access your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please share only what your reading needs.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California and other US states with privacy laws, you may have the right to know what information we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and limit how we use sensitive information. We use sensitive information only to prepare your reading.
